Rep was good, personable, and knows his devices. Layout directions for him were not quite complete anymore, some devices were absent from the work order. Thankfully Art had been out many times and was in the know on what was lacking from the ticket.
Good service, scheduling could be a little tighter

We would like to get our office and leased buildings done earlier. We were under impression that a different set of buildings was going to be first, and still earlier. But rep was good, personable. Layout directions for him were not quite complete anymore, some devices were absent from the work order.
Great service, technician friendly and very efficient
