I was really happy that we were able to get everything tidied up with our long-running issue at our office. Mark has been very persistent and thorough and has gone above and beyond the call of duty. What really irked me today was when we got a call telling us that the daily alarm test had failed to send. Even if this was intended and expected, why did no one warn us about this? Left the experience off on a sour note...
