FSoM keeps us on track with our Fire safety inspections/testing, and helps us maintain our equipment across multiple city buildings so we're always safe and prepared. Customer service, scheduling, and technicians are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are also extremely fair if not considerably lower than some of the competitors we've utilized in the past.

Technician James Sullivan arrived at the appointed time and presented himself in a very professional manner. James performed his inspection and completed any work that was necessary within a very timely manner. He completed his report and upon me signing was delivered to my email in an instant. The Manoogian Manor will no longer be using the company that has been in place for many years as we have lost trust in them for suggesting that we replace a perfectly good "compliant" kitchen fire suppression system. We are a non-profit and for us avoiding such a large unnecessary expenditure based on the findings of FSOM inspection is a true blessing. FSOM was referred to me by one of our MM Board members who is a contracting engineer for a major developer. We will now put our trust in Fire Systems of Michigan for all our Fire Safety needs.
