RISER IS IN BASEMENT - Local Bell 3/20/24MV Emailed Kevin regarding inspection date 3/21 Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection (1- Wet) Deficiency: Fire department connection is due for Hydro testing. This is a Stortz connection. Deficiency: Fire department connection check valve is due for internal inspection. 🧐 2- victaulic couplings 4” Deficiency: Fire sprinkler system is due for internal obstruction investigation. 2- 4” victaulic couplings Suggested: Customers insurance company is requesting a hydraulic nameplate for system. Customer will have to contact an engineer to design and do hydraulic calculations on the system. Deficiency: There are two sprinkler heads that have paint on them and must be changed. One is at the top of the skylight on the second floor. The second is at the bottom of the stairwell in the basement. 1- 165° chrome pendant standard response 1- 165° brass upright standard response Deficiency: Sprinkler head box will need sprinkler
