Notice of Non Compliance and Repair Proposal Fire Systems of Michigan recently inspected/serviced the fire sprinkler system at your establishment in accordance with NFPA guidelines. While inspecting/servicing your fire sprinkler system, it was determined to be "Non-Compliant". The attached proposal summarizes the non-compliance issues that were found during the inspection/service and the costs and actions needed to correct them. Fire Systems of Michigan strongly recommends that your sprinkler system is repaired so that it will become compliant. The fire sprinkler system as-is will not work properly due to the referenced deficiencies and may not extinguish, suppress or control a fire. This is a safety hazard and may contribute to damage or injury to your property and individuals in the event of a fire. 8/28/23 The material is in the shop in Novi DH Sprinkler Repair RAEL PAPERWORK ATTACHED: The fire sprinkler systems control valve is missing its signage. The tech will install the missing sign providing proper identification of system components. NFPA 25 (13.3.1) Each control valve shall be identified and have a sign indicating the system or portion of the system it controls. Deficiency: Sprinkler system will need a total of three control valve signs

The store must SIGN OFF that the work/service has been completed. It is important that all vendors check in the store personnel before leaving the premises and Request an Officetrax Signoff that work is completed. THE STORE CAN SIGNOFF FROM THEIR DESKTOP. If Store Personnel is busy servicing customers, please contact Property Management Staff and we will assist. If the work is not complete and needs parts to be ordered or additional proposals, please handle as usual and Property Management Staff will assist with the status changes if needed. - DO NOT HAVE MANAGER SIGN OFF ON WORK ORDER IF THERE ARE DEFICIENCIES- ONLY IF EVERYTHING IS COMPLIANT.
