(3) WET SYSTEMS BY BAY DOOR (ONE IS PART OF RACK SYSTEM) (1) PAINT BOOTH SPRINKLER SYSTEM Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection (4 wet systems) Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal inspection of check valves. Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal obstruction investigation on fire protection systems. Deficiency: Fire sprinkler system will need total gauge changes. Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year hydrotest of Siamese connection. Deficiency: Sprinkler head cabinet will need universal wrench. Deficiency: There is no evidence of 5 year check valve investigation for systems 1,2,3, and FDC. Deficiency: There is no evidence of 5 year internal pipe obstruction investigation for systems 1,2,and 3. Deficiency: There is no evidence of 5 year FDC hydrostatic test. Deficiency: Missing sprinkler head wrench. Deficiency: System #3 is missing ITV sign. Deficiency: Pressure gauges are outdated.
