Notice of Non-Compliance and Repair Proposal Fire Alarm Services recently inspected/serviced the fire sprinkler system at your establishment per NFPA Standard for Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance Requirements (2017 Edition). While inspecting/servicing, your fire sprinkler system was determined to be "Non-Compliant." NFPA 25 (4.1.5.1) The property owner or designated representative shall correct or repair deficiencies or impairments. The attached proposal summarizes the deficiency/impairment issues that were found during the inspection/service and the costs and actions needed to correct them. Fire Alarm Services strongly recommends that your sprinkler system be repaired to become compliant. The fire sprinkler system as-is may not work properly due to the referenced deficiencies/impairments and may not extinguish, suppress or control a fire.
