2/28/24 Confirmed by Rick 248-802-9665 Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection (1 Wet System) Inoperable Deficiency: Sprinkler system flow switch must be replaced. It is frozen and will not move at all. 1- 3” waterflow switch Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for gauge change. 1- sprinkler gauge Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for five year internal obstruction investigation. 2- 3” victaulic couplings Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal inspection, fire department connection, check valve. 2- 4” victaulic couplings Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year Hydro test, fire department connection Deficiency: Fire department connection will need signage located above it to identify where it is. 1- FDC sign Deficiency: Sprinkler spare head box will need a universal wrench. 1- universal sprinkler head wrench
