Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection - QC Dept Bldg #3 (3 Wet Systems) Techs need to make sure all material and all deficiencies are noted to be properly quoted per the customer 3/11/24 Confirmed with Ron W. for 3/13/24 at 10:30am / Sent email regarding inspection DH 3/6/24MV Called Ron and left a vm to schedule Deficiency: Out dated dry sidewalls are due for testing. Only 4 total installed, just replace. Located in maintenance storage room across from control room for sterilization. Unable to determine lengths due to location. Recommend installing temporary hard piped sidewalls so dry heads can be measured and ordered . (4) 1 x 1/2 RCs (4) 1/2” 155 degree QR sidewalls with 401 escutcheons 12’ 1” pipe Small boom lift Deficiency: needed for repair of sprinkler heads outside control room (124) - 3/4 inch 286 degree tyco ty5151 (2) -1/2 chrome 155 degree pendant with bell escutcheon (for inside control room ) will need a 19 ft lift rental . The Smoke Detector in the IT room in the 2nd floor closet is where I discovered water damage. I removed this device; I showed the evidence of water damage in the room to Amanda, she told that on the 3rd floor they had removed an ice machine, and they are waiting for a new one to arrive. This quote is for 2 new smoke detectors installed and tested. According to Amanda, we will come back and replace the Smoke Detector once the customer arranges for a contractor to identify and rectify the water problems.
