My only complaint is that it took longer than expected to get the proper smoke head in stock so the tech could come to complete the install. The techs are always do a great job trouble shooting my system & getting it corrected.

Notice of Non Compliance and Repair Proposal Fire Systems of Michigan recently inspected/serviced the fire sprinkler system at your establishment in accordance with NFPA guidelines. While inspecting/servicing your fire sprinkler system, it was determined to be "Non-Compliant". The attached proposal summarizes the non-compliance issues that were found during the inspection/service and the costs and actions needed to correct them. Fire Systems of Michigan strongly recommends that your sprinkler system is repaired so that it will become compliant. If obstruction is present, this can render the sprinkler system to not properly operate in the case of a fire. NFPA 25 (14.2.1.1) Inspection of the internal condition of piping shall be conducted at a minimum of every 5 years for the purpose of inspecting for the precedence of foreign organic and inorganic material.
