Sprinkler and Antifreeze Loop Inspection Annual Sprinkler Inspection (2 Wet, 1 Dry System) Full Flood Due: 2023 Annual Antifreeze Loop Inspection (1) Deficiency: Out dated heads are due for testing. (4) 1/2” 155 SR brass uprights 19’ scissor lift Deficiency: Antifreeze system is not identified. (1) antifreeze sign Sign chain Deficiency: Gauge is out dated on antifreeze system. (1) water gauge Suggested: Ceiling has been removed, heads exceed maximum distance from ceiling. Note: site contact Steve stated the grid ceiling is getting replaced. Deficiency: 1.5” fire hoses installed through out, are required to be inspected and tested. Let Steve know to reach to local AHJ above removing 1.5” fire hoses Deficiency: Gauge is out dated on antifreeze system. (1) water gauge Deficiency: System piping is due for a 5 year internal inspection. Unscrew ends of branch lines 19’ scissor lift Deficiency: Riser check valves are due for a 5 year internal inspection. 8” open face 6” open face Gasket mate
