We have used alex with fir pros many times for commercial jobs and they always do amazing work. Due to conditions beyond their control, they were not able to help us on the most recent job we had requested, but Alex explained very well what has to happen and how we should go about correcting some things. 5 stars for sure, and we always recommend them.

12/8/23 confirmed with JR he said there is no Alarm. SM (313) 846-0888 Portable Extinguishers and Kitchen Suppression Inspection Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection (2 FE?) Semi-Annual Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System Inspection (Ansul 6gl) Deficiency: Number of Systems failed : 1 Deficiency: System does not have a discharge warning device. Deficiency: R-102 regulator and two expellant hoses are out of hydro date.

No one will be in the office, so here is maintenance number TL 313-576-7331, and he can let the tech in the building Sprinkler, Hydrostatic Testing, and Obstruction Investigation Repair The tech will remove and replace the outdated water and air gauges. NFPA 25 (13.2.7.2) Gauges shall be replaced every 5 years The FDC is due for its 5-year hydro-static testing. The tech will perform this test on the Fire Department Connection (FDC). NFPA 25 (13.8.5) The piping from the fire department connection to the fire department connection check valve shall be hydro-statically tested at 150psi (10 bar) for 2 hours at least once every 5 years. The fire sprinkler piping for the dry system is due for its 5-year internal obstruction inspection. The purpose of the internal inspection is to view the condition of the piping to identify whether foreign organic and inorganic material is present since
