HALLWAY ** Fire alarm panel is up in the office mezzaine - there is a keypad by customer serivce as well. Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection (1-Wet & 1-Dry) Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for internal obstruction investigation piping 2- 4” victaulic couplings Deficiency: Fire department connection check valve is due for internal inspection five year. 2- 4” victaulic couplings Deficiency: Fire department connection is due for Hydro testing Deficiency: Dry sprinkler system is due for internal inspection of dry valve. Red gasket material Deficiency: Dry pendant sprinkler heads are due for UL testing 2- 155° chrome sidewall 12 inch quick response dry pendant, sprinkler head. 2- 155° chrome pendant
