The service rep Alex was extremely helpful. Alex was very helpful and very concerned with the health and safety standards regarding smoke alarms and fire extinguishers at our annual inspection. The service was completed in a timely fashion which is great because we are a licensed AFC home. Health and safety is a top priority!

The company did a great job but they need more techs. Waiting 24 hours for repairs (with the company relying on a crew from Grand Rapids) is a bit much.
