William came out on an emergency call to repair/replace a damaged valve on an outlet for the fire suppression system at our facility. He completed the repair efficiently and provided some helpful information regarding what may have caused it and how to prevent this issue again.

This was for our annual inspection for Emergency lighting and Fire extinguishers with FSM. First and foremost, this inspection with James went above any previous services provided. James was thorough on his explanations for the work that he was going to be providing and listened to all my concerns on some of the current deficiencies he found. He made adjustments for the locations on many of the extinguishers, stating that this would be easier to locate or access in the case of an emergency. His attention to detail for the 90-minute E-light/battery test was a first for me, the previous 5 inspections were not as detailed or descript. I will be requesting James every year when I'm scheduling this inspection as would I highly recommend him to anyone that asks or needs a service provider.
