My restaurant is now ready for building inspection! Thanks to Robert! He showed up on time, is nice, smiling and helpful, does what he has to do with expertise and efficiency. And of course, explained me what he did in the building in terms I clearly understand ( don’t forget I’m French...). I’m highly appreciative of his professionalism! Thank you for making me feel safe in my new business! And a special thank to Kathie who works in the office and is a pleasure to talk to!

Robert came to my restaurant yesterday to service the fire system. He is a very nice person, friendly and smiling which is very important to me, he explained me everything about the system making sure I understood every word ! don’t forget I’m french and I can’t know every technical terms in English ! He answered patiently and clearly all my questions. When he left, I felt very confident about the safety of my restaurant and on a personal note, was glad to have met an actual wonderful human being
