Technician James Sullivan arrived at the appointed time and presented himself in a very professional manner. James performed his inspection and completed any work that was necessary within a very timely manner. He completed his report and upon me signing was delivered to my email in an instant. The Manoogian Manor will no longer be using the company that has been in place for many years as we have lost trust in them for suggesting that we replace a perfectly good "compliant" kitchen fire suppression system. We are a non-profit and for us avoiding such a large unnecessary expenditure based on the findings of FSOM inspection is a true blessing. FSOM was referred to me by one of our MM Board members who is a contracting engineer for a major developer. We will now put our trust in Fire Systems of Michigan for all our Fire Safety needs. JJ met me at the building, explained his process and after his inspection shared all the details and his recommendations. Because he was so thorough we are already moving forward with his recommendations and hope to all completed before the City Inspector returns.
