Fire pros was out for inspection claimed OS&Y valve was leaking. the leak was coming from the valve stem and not the valve. So, i asked for a quote to repair and to my surprise I get a quote for 4,600 and some change. I have worked with many fire companies over my 30+ years, and I have never seen a fire company that couldn't replace two bolts and a new packing rope. Simple fix that I was able to complete for less than $200. I don't usually fill out these surveys but i have to tell you we are a church and are operating on very slim budgets. if I see anything in the future that is overpriced or is not needed, we will be forced to look for new provider. lastly on your last visit i was told that wiring had to be moved outfire box which you wrote as a deficiency. i was told i would need electrician because you didnt do that work. hired electrician to do the work at $450. met with Brighton Fire Marshall Yesterday and he told that was not required to be repaired. when there are def. our preschool is not able to run. please look into these issues so they dont happen again.

Matt Pearo is very knowledgeable. Matt always has the customer's best interest in mind, whether it be an inspection or the work. Matt has saved Ashley Court money and unnecessary work that another tech said we needed. I am very happy with Matt's performance and dedication. I wish Matt could always service Ashley Court of Brighton.
