Linda - Kentwood, MI
Technician was originally scheduled for the day before but had called in sick. He was very nice and professional but was late for the appointment. He also did not possess a certain tool needed to complete the inspection, so he let me know that another Technician would stop by and finish up the job. Needless to say, the other Technician showed up Friday when I wasn't here and someone else had to help him. Kind of a disruption.
Service was great to diagnosis and quick response

System was installed one year ago by Fire-Pros with one phone line. Now that we have an issue with that line it is determined that the phone line does not meet code and that we need a new cellular phone installed. Why was the phone not installed to code initially?
