Fire sprinkler system is in the oil change pit. Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection Deficiency: Sprinkler head box needs one head added. Deficiency: Flow switch has been disconnected and damaged a new flow switch must be installed and wired to outside bell. or alarm system if one is available if not the 110 bell 🛎 will have to be also iinstalled as it is not there anymore. Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for gauge change.

3/20/23 Backflow has been repaired DH 1/16/23 Backflow is still broken will need to repair before inspection DH Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection (1 Wet System) 5-Year Internal Due: FDC Hydro Due: Deficiency: Pipe burst in between first and second valve. Released main drain and closed first valve. Inoperable Deficiency: Backflow replacement for frozen backflow . See pictures for all info . Deficiency: Found Lower Riser Control Valve closed and no pressure on the Fire Riser. Inoperable Deficiency: The backflow on the sprinkler system has been damaged in a freeze it has not been replaced at all therefore system is totally in operable at this time.

(10) 1/2” 155 SE chrome pendants with escutcheons Deficiency: There is no evidence of 5 year FDC check valve inspection. Deficiency: There is evidence of 5 year FDC hydrostatic test. Deficiency: There is no evidence of 5 year internal pipe obstruction investigation. Deficiency: Missing control valve sign. Deficiency: Missing main drain sign. Deficiency: Mezzanine needs two additional heads added to cover area under it. Deficiency: Inspectors test needs sign. Deficiency: Missing escutcheons in seating area in gym by office area. Sprinkler Repair Add the missing supervision on the control valve. This will prevent tampering with. Remove and replace the 1" threaded flow switch due to the current one is leaking. Remove and replace the outdated water gauge.
